  This from Wiki: Godzilla is a 1998 science fiction monster disaster film co-written and directed by Roland Emmerich . It is a loose remake of the 1954 giant monster classic Godzilla . The storyline was conceived from a screenplay written by Emmerich and Dean Devlin .   I never saw the film and most critics seem to wish they never had.

  Did Godzilla actually migrate to Manhattan as is reported? I tend to believe he did since my cartoon is based on that fact. Of course, if you didn't see him, perhaps he came invisibly like Jesus -- as is famously claimed by you-know-who.

  Is the 10 Hour Per Month Requirement Still In Force?

  are there any active elders/ms or higher out there who can advise if one of the requirements for appointment is that the person's fs time is equal to or greater than either the congregation's average or the national average?

  this used to be the case, but may have been relaxed.

  also is the branch still approving appointments?

  hello all at jwn!

  i have been a lurker here the last few months and have been going through the process of researching both sides of the story of jehovahs witnesses.

  i was raised in the borg, got married and now have a young child.. my wife is very much dedicated to the organization and will justify anything the "slave" does putting it off on the borgs imperfection.

  Here's a tip that may be useful. An 11 minute read that includes a handout for your billfold (or purse for women). THE GREAT WATCHT0WER CONTRADICTION will pose a challenging question or 10 for even the diehard JW because of the more than 20 quotations -- all but one can be found on the WT Library CD.

  they brag to the doomed world, about the moral & religious superiority of jehovah's witnesses!.

  they swagger and gloat how they alone are right & will live forever!!!!!!!!!!!.

  Hmmm ... never did those of the elders. You may have meant Bethelites. That list of Bethelites (who have posted here) is up to 83 as of a few weeks ago.

  Update on Alan Feuerbacher's heart attack that he had last Sunday

  alan'swife, julie, talked to the cardiologist this morning.

  the news about alan's heart is good.

  he described the heart attack as mild and said that although there is damage to the lower portion of his heart, the pumping action probably won't be affected much.

  Here's how I fetched one of AlanF's "Best of" topics. As mentioned earlier, those links are dead.

  First, click on "Best of Topics". There will be several pages to choose from. I chose page 1 and it so happens that AlanF's "best of" was on that page.

  The Workaround:

  From those headlines copy the text of one of them. I chose Bad Defensive Arguments. Then, inside Google Search, I pasted those 3 words and wrapped them in double quotes -- "Bad Defensive Arguments". I added the term alanf.

  Bingo, I got 3 hits and selected the first of them which took me inside his excellent 11 year old composition.

  jwn needs to form a committee to collect, organize and disseminate information to candace conti's lawyers.. .

  several valid points have been made on this forum about the dishonest reasonings and tactics used by wt lawyers during and after this conti trial.

  exposing the wt and using its own printed track record against it is what the good folks at jwn do best.. .
